Is there any reason at 7 weeks pregnant a test would only show a faint positive using morning urine?

Many reasons: Your ovulation timing may be off. You may not be 5 weeks after conception. Tubal pregnancies can have distorted HCG levels. Alternatively, the pregnancy may not be proceeding normally. Best information can be obtained with your obstetrician/gynecologist with blood testing and an ultrasound. Good loc.
