I think i got food poisoning on v-day. i was shaking my arms and legs were numb and i was so cold, now i have a really bad pain in my side?

Food Poisoning: You may well have contracted a virus, like norovirus (common on cruise ships and which is making the rounds around the us even without having been in a cruise), or a bacterial or parasitic infection. If you have fever and/or bad diarrhea, consult a doctor, and if you remain well hydrated and the symptoms don't clear in a few more days, make an appointment with your doctor to check it out.
