See Physician: Such s podiatrist or orthopedist. Neurologist may be helpful depending on cause. You proably need a ankle/foot orthotic or brace.

If the foot drop: Is being caused by a nerve impingement as opposed to a stroke, you would want to see a neurosurgeon who specializes in this who could possibly decompress the nerve to restore function. If you are beyond this and the foot drop is irreversible an ankle foot orthotic brace is recommended.
