Hard to predict: Some healing and reversal is to be expected over several months, but usual surgical intervention prevents FURTHER harm to spinal cord, and does not fully turn clock back. Use an AFO splint, to prevent falling, do compensatory exercises, try a medical food containing biologically active B vitamins and give it some more time.
