Foot drop : High heels are never safe. Your foot drop is improving take more time in caring for your feet, they carry you through life. Strengthen the muscles in the foot and ankle with proper excercize and shoes. If you must wear high heals take tennis shoes with good arches to and from the place you will wear the heels. You owe it to your feet. Good luck!

High heels: We generally can never recommend high heels but in this situation it's even more dangerous. When you have a foot drop the achilles is generally one of the muscles that over powers the others. In high heels you are exacerbating that issue.
