No cures: There is no cure for fibromyalgia but there are medications that can provide reasonable control in most cases. Have your sister see a rheumatologist if she has not done so already.

See pain physician: Chronic pain is very common and a very treatable illness. If your sister was diagnosed with fibromyalgia, she must have seen a physician who diagnosed her. She could consult with him or her as a start. There are many medications, both traditional opiates as well as other medicines, that are very helpful with fibromyalgia. Physical therapy is also needed for best results.
