May be normal: Fordyce spots are consider a normal feature for many people. Therefore, one may have to consult with several urologists in order to find one who may be interested in trying to remove them. A skin laser treatment center may be needed, so a dermatologist consultation may be helpful. One should realize that removing a spot can leave a scar.

Fordyce spots: are a completely normal part of anatomy found on edge of lips, inside cheek, on labia or on penis/ scrotum. They don’t require treatment. If someone really wanted to have them treated options are micro-punch surgery, laser treatments, chemical cauterization or topicals like bichloracetic acid, topical tretinoin or oral isotretinoin REF: https://www.healthline.com/health/fordyce-spots#treatment
