Sometimes: Insomnia, especially if sleeping less than 5 hours per night can be associated with high blood pressure and even diabetes. Not to mention stomach complaints, headaches, feelings of being unwell. It is treatable. Just make sure you take a very rationed, and structured approach to treatment. A doctor can help guide you on how to do this. There is help for this.
