Get more information: Is it abdominal= mess enteric? Is it heart? Is it blood vessels? Not valves probably. At that age anything is risky. Medical therapy likely best.

Nuclear good/normal at rest. Moderate 2 severe ischemia w/ stress. EF50%, LV function and size normal. BP 119/63, great chol, eat good and exercise (sob), cath in 3 days. Is plaque the only answer?
Recently, I was diagnosed with pseudotumor cerebri and on a recent MRV, they also found severe narrowing of the bilateral distal transverse sinuses and plaque, as well. There has been talk of a stent. Would it a stent be worth the surgery?
If your artery is fulled with plaque and a cardiologist gives you a stent, can that plaque still grow and break the stent?
