See Rheumatologist: Not sure if the doctor is a rheumatologist or Primary Care. Need to see a Rheumatologist. The Ana blood test has differrent degrees. 1:40 is weak, but 1:620 is pretty strong. You need follow up testing that would provide more specific results and then everything should be considered-your symtpoms, objective and subjective findings, blood tests. The best decision can then be made.
