See below: The symptoms of lupus are multiple and can't all be listed here. The more common problems include skin rashes, with the classic butterfly appearance of rash on the face, photosensitivity, joint pain and swelling, fevers, fatigue, mouth and nose sores, problems associated with the heart and lungs that can lead to chest pain and shortness of breath. Kidney problems that can be severe and many others.
