Need careful exam: Your symptoms suggest you need a careful examination to rule out fractures and head trauma. It would be advisable for you to call 911 or go to your nearest hospital emergency room. Failure to act promptly could place you in danger of serious complications.

Probably not: Typically, blood clots in the veins are associated with inactivity, not trauma. A DVT usually gives you leg swelling and a "charley horse" feeling deep in the muscle of the calf. The bump on your butt could be a blood clot in the soft tissues (hematoma). The chest pain could be a chest wall contusion (bruise) or even a rib fracture. I suggest you get checked out by your doctor.
