I have mucus in my throat. I can feel it a lot when i laugh and yawn. It comes out when i cough. How do I clear mucus from my throat?
Few days ago I had a Sore throat, post nasal drip, a little chest congestion. Feel way better now. I'm clearing mucus from my lungs (no cough, just clearing mucus). I feel an occasional lung pinch or dull pain. Is that something I should get checked?
