Nasal Obstruction: See your otolaryngologist. You may have enlarged turbinates, septal deviation, nasal polyp or a combination. If you have a history of environmental allergies, use antihistamines or anti-inflammatory nasal spray that have been prescribed to you or that have worked for you in the past.

Several possibilitie: This could be from allergies, polyps, deviated septum, turbinate hypertrophy. You can try some nasal saline and if this does not help, see your doctor for a nasal exam.

Get it checked: There are many causes of nasal blockage. Could be a deviated septum, could be a benign polyp but can sometime be some other type of growth. You should see an ENT specialist and have it checked.
