Mix: For gastric reflux consult gastroenterologist or talk to pcp to get medication before gastroscopic exam. With back pain also talk to pcp to determine the cause.

Acidity: There are some instances we know where increased acidity causes pain in the body like during build up of Lactic Acid after a hard work out (causing muscle aches). Most likely, though, your back pain is from another cause. Maybe degenerated disks, lumbar sprain or arthritis. You will need a medical evaluation to direct treatment.
