Should i be worried about getting pregnant if i'm on the depo-provera shot and synthroid (thyroxine) at the same time if i didn't use a 2nd form of protection?

No: You probably will not get pregnant with Depo-Provera and the synthroid (thyroxine) will help the pregnancy. Provera should not be given during pregnancy but the risks are low and real. Talk to your doc if pregnant. Best wishes.
