Bioidentical hormone: Bioidentical hormone therapy contains pharmacologically active hormones just like traditional hormone therapy. Unfortunately, they do not have the same level of regulation with regard to quality or safety. A bio identical regimen could cause endometrial hyperplasia just like traditional hrt. Withdrawal will can cause bleeding.
