Hospital?: It would be uncommon to spend a week in the hospital with hip pain. The good news is that the work up did not find anything serious. This is likely a muscular problem or even synovitis that will improve with time. Unfortunately we really cannot help since your symptoms are very general and do not have the results of your tests.
