Im i suppose to bleed after drinking plan b , if i didn't what could that mean?

You don't have to: bleed after taking Plan B for it to have been effective. Potential Side effects w/ emergency contraception include menstrual flow changes (spotting, bleeding, early or late period). Take pregnancy test & notify Dr if your period is 7 or > days late.
