No: Alcohol when consumed in moderation is fine after a brain bleed. Excessive alcohol intake can affect your liver and cause problems with forming clots.

Depends: Everybody who asks about "drinking" never talks about what they mean. One social drink is only harmful if you are alcoholic or if you are on medications where alcohol cannot be used in any amount (anticoagulant drugs, antiseizure drugs). Amounts of alcohol that could cause you to fall, or that could affect blood clotting would be dangerous to you. That is more than 2 drinks/occasion. See your md.
