A member asked:

Trapped gas under right rib?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Gas: Gas tends to be caused by the things we eat and the particular makeup of the intestines. Fiber, while very good for you and should be part of everyone's daily diet, is known to cause gas. I tell my patients to keep a food diary for two weeks, and see if they can identify any foods that make them particularly gassy - then try to avoid them!
