I have really bad pains on my right side just under my rib cage i thought it was gas but there definitely isn't it?

This area is also adjacent to the diaphragm and lower lung. Abnormality within this area has broad possibilities. Best to be examined by a physician to determine what, if any, diagnostic tests may be needed.
