How to tell muscular skeletal pain from cardiac cause?

The finger test: Cardiac pain is diffuse and likely to be associated with sweating nausea vomiting and fatigue. Ms pain is well localized. If you can point to the painful spot using 1 finger you probably do not have heart related chest pain.
