See your doctor: Over the counter pregnancy tests are not fully reliable at only 1 week late. Your doctor can examine you and send off more sensitive tests. Of course, by then you may have had your period...A week late may not be much in some women.

Better test: Home pregnancy tests can be inaccurate. You can get a better test, or go to your doctor and get a blood test, which is much more accurate.

Not pregnant : If you are a week late then an over the counter pregnancy test should highly reliable. Sounds like just a late period.
