Ttc 3 weeks late. neg test my doc wants me to go for a blood test next week! why i am not pregnant am i if neg test. don't feel pregnant either :-/?

Different results: Sometimes a woman can have a negative urine pregnancy test but a positive blood test because she is in early pregnancy. Also, a woman can have a positive urine test but a negative blood test (something else, other than pregnancy). The two tests are typically both testing for hcg, the hormone of pregnancy, but they can mean different things when one is positive and the other negative.
