Yes: Some of the urine tests can be falsely negative early in pregnancy.A first morning specimen is often more concentrated and may be more accurate. Try again after a few days or have the more accurate blood test run.

Possible: Wait a week or two and repeat the test if you don't get your period. If you can't stand to wait you could get a blood test and find out right away for sure.
