Will all forms of angina show up on an ekg and x-rays?

No: Definitely not on an x-ray and probably not on an ekg . A transient reduction in coronary artery blood flow is not likely to show up on an ekg.

No: None of it will show up on a standard x-ray. You may need either a stress test or a stress test with imaging (nuclear medicine scan). Another non invasive option is a ct coronary angiogram. Not all places do this although it is becoming more commonplace.
