Yes it is normal: Hormonal variation can affect the body and increased hunger and desire for certain foods like chocolate can occur. Try a magnesium supplement and see if that helps over a few months (it won't happen right away). Also consider an acupuncturist/chinese medicine practitioner it is soo helpful for hormonal issues!.
