Not sure why: You don't say how it makes you sick. Stimulants can cause headaches, stomach aches, and a sense of nasal dryness and stuffiness, in addition to affecting sleep and appetite. If it makes you sick, stop taking it. Assuming you're using it to treat adhd, speak with your doctor about alternatives. There are a number, so it should be possible to find something that helps with fewer side effects.

See your doctor: Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) should not make you sick. You need to discuss this with your prescribing physician.
