Check with your doc: Evidence that sensa will give you the results you want, and it might interact adversely with a stimulant. If you're not getting appetite suppression with adderall, (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) i doubt you'll get a lot more with sensa. However, if you want to proceed, talk it over with your prescribing doctor, who can advise you on monitoring for side effects or even stop or decrease Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) while you give it a try.
