Im 24, been smokin for 5 yr, but lightly until recently, i have been takin adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) and smoking more and 3 days ago i have pain in upper rt chest pain?

Check with physician: Smoking is dangerous for your health specially for lungs if you continue to have problem should see your doctor any recent cold symptoms cough or heavy lifting any muscle strenuous.

Too much stimulant.: The combination of Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) and cigarette smoking may be too much for your body to handle as far as the amount of stimulant-type agents you're receiving. Plus, are you smoking more because you're anxious, because that could contribute to the symptoms you're describing as well. Please see doctor right away if pain does not resolve.
