Unlikely: Benzo's are more likely to be associated with hallucinations, especially in overdoses or during drug withdrawal. Many report nightmares or vivid dreams while taking benzo's. Only one mention of benzo's used to treat auditory hallucinations in schizophrenic pt concluded effect resulted from muscle relaxing & anxiolytic effects.

Perhaps to help with agitation from psychosis or hallucinations but not for the hallucinations themselves. Need and antipsychotic and understand why ie drug induced or psychosis.
