Is it okay if i skip my placebo days on birth control?

Yep!: Let's say you are on a birth control pill pack where the active pills are peach colored and the placebo pills are green. Take the peach pills for the standard 3 weeks. Just to keep track, though, on the days you're supposed to take the green pills, just push it through the foil into the garbage can. That way, you skip an unnecessary "sugar pill, " but then you know when to start the next pack.
