Hi! my boyfriend has a bump underneath his ear, and he lost hearing in one ear. hes also dealing with a fever and he picked at his ear quite a bit. its just muffled but its really painful. he cant eat or open his jaw because it hurts really bad :(?

Ever ear pain : Would go to ER or urgent care today. It appears he has an infection and needs antibiotics. He may actually have an abcess as well. Please go today to ER/urgent care.
