What is the best way to reduce the size of a swollen soft palate? i am on nasonex, (mometasone) but that doesn't seem to help all that much. any other suggestion

Uvula: I would suggest an evaluation to determine the cause is it due to snoring trauma or infection or allergy the treatment will be different and range from antibiotics possible steroids or even repairing a deviated nasal septum if snoring.
