Not likely Thyroid: It takes 3 weeks for levothyroxine to reach steady state (even levels). If you are just starting, it is unlikely that the levothyroxine is the issue. I suspect given the head pressure, ear block, and eye feeling that this is a sinus/uri issue rather than a thyroid issue.

It takes time: It takes time for the medication to build up to correct the hypothyroidism. The current symptoms however are not common in hypothyroidism. It could be a cold or something else causing them and not necessarily the hashimoto's or the pill doing it.
