got hashimotos thyroiditus. starting levotirox.feeling weak at the moment, strong head pressure and strange eye feeling, neck pain and ears blocked?

Not likely Thyroid: It takes 3 weeks for levothyroxine to reach steady state (even levels). If you are just starting, it is unlikely that the levothyroxine is the issue. I suspect given the head pressure, ear block, and eye feeling that this is a sinus/uri issue rather than a thyroid issue.
