My father's uric acid level is 6.5mg/l...is it cause for leg pain?

No: There is no relationship and actually a serum uric acid of 6.5 mg/dl is only mildly above the optimal level of 6.0 mg/dl.

This is high enough: To be associated with gout. Typically causes pain in the smaller joints like toes, rather than the leg per se.
