No: Eating ice should not lower your iron levels. Is it possible that eating ice reduces your absorption of dietary iron? I suppose this may be possible as iron is best absorbed in an acid medium and it is possible that excessive ice ingestion could reduce the acid levels in your stomach. Stop eating ice and you do not have to worry about this.
