Lots of things: Panic disorder can be a lifelong condition, and the best treatment involves doing multiple things to improve your ability to cope with stress. Physical exercise is a foundational beginning, so keep it up. Cognitive behavioral therapy is effective, as is mindfulness-based stress reduction. Certain medications can be helpful for symptoms if necessary. Become an expert in stress management.
