May have obstructed: Wth any type of trauma scar tissue can form. Maybe this tissue is causing a compression or obstructing flow into theupper extremity. A physical exam with blood pressures in both arms, arterial dopplers amd probably a cta of the neck and left upper extremity may be necessary.

Many reasons?: Conceivable that there is post-op scarring which has involved nerves in the brachial plexus, and this could cause both arm numbness and headache. Also, could have independent neck disc or arthritic issue. Whether this is vascular in origin needs to be assessed. Consider a "thoracic outlet" like process in the upper plexus.
