I'm 19 weeks pregnant. where should my uterus be and how can i find it on my own?

At the belly button: We measure from the top of the pubic bone in centimeters. We expect to see 1 cm of uterus enlargement (in height) per week. At 19 weeks, measuring from the top of the pubic bone, the uterus should be 19 cm up. 20 weeks = 20 cm; etc.
