Several Things: There are a lot of cross over symptoms shared by the female pelvic organs and the other pelvic organs (bladder, bowel). While it is possible you may have a cyst on an ovary, it is also possible that you have a bowel issue (colitis, irritable bowel) or a urologic issue (interstitial cystitis, uti).
