No: The drill bits and handpiece are sterile. No need to worry especially if it is just a scratch. That being said, if there is increased swelling or pain after a few days it would be best to have it checked.

Keep the area clean: Rinse or saturate cotton and place on the scratch with colgate peroxyl (dilute peroxide) to keep the area as clean as possible to reduce the chance of infection developing. If swollen, have the area examined.
