Ischemia: This is usually used to describe results of a stress test which means that with certain provocation (exercise or chemical) you have ischemia ( lack of blood flow ) to a part of the heart called the anteroseptal wall usually served by the left anterior descending artery.

A problem: The heart is like a room with sides. These have anatomical names: anterior posterior septal the anterior-septal is at a junction. Ischemia is a sign of reduced blood flow with exercise( induced) or a chemical. It may require medication and even surgery to eliminate.
