My 7 month old is 93rd%ile in ht and weight. after stomach virus, he increases formula from 35 to 42 oz per day. is that too much? he's pooping a lot.

Catch up: The kid is probably catching up a bit of the growth that was suppressed during the illness. That said, i don't like exceeding 32 oz of formula a day in infancy. A mixture of baby foods & water should be used to fill the tanks if baby wants more.
