Not really: But it is not a helpful way to try to lose weight. At 63 walking, swimming, gentle jogging, particularly before breakfast, is a good idea. Of course, as we all know, diet is the most importan. I lost 11 pounds simply by stopping all forms of sugar and i never take any form of sweeteners. It is a paradox that diet drinks actually result in weight gain in some because they affect the hypothalamus.
