Best to see: An eye doctor to tell you exactly what you have. If it is truly an eye infection, you'd need antibiotics for it. Diagnosis may be wrong, it may not be an eye infection , it could just be allergy related or other eye conditions making it look like it is infected.Perhaps wrong medication used for presumed eye infection.Get to the bottom of it before complications set in.

Not bacterial : If using eye drops for infection and not getting better then it is not an infection. Please see your eye doctor for the appropriate treament.
