Hard to say: Augmentin is unlikely to provide any relief for pinkeye. Since pinkeye is a general term for anything that makes your eye pink, it is hard to guess whether it needs a separate treatment. If allergies, dust or viral it would respond to eye wash/artificial tears. If bacterial it would likely need specific drops.
