Not necessarily: You need a urine exam and vaginal exam to establish a diagnosis. It could be a simple urinary tract infection.

Urethritis: Sounds like urethritis or bladder irritation from sexual activity. Probably not herpes. If the symptoms last more than a day, then get checked at a gyn or walk in clinic.
