Possibly herpes: These symptoms are quite typical for newly acquired genital herpes; too severe for an outbreak of recurrent herpes. New herpes is especially likely if at risk, e.g. new partner or partner known to have genital herpes. Severe urinary tract infection or other STD also are possible. Get care ASAP, the sooner the better both for accurate diagnosis and effective treatment if it's herpes. Good luck!
